All Kind Crumbs products are made in a dedicated gluten-free facility. While no nuts are used in the Kind Crumbs facility or products, not all ingredients are sourced from nut-free suppliers, so we cannot guarantee a nut-free product.
While we do not have nutritional info for our products yet, we like to emphasize that Kind Crumbs products are made to taste like traditional wheat-based baked goods, minus the gluten, dairy, nuts and soy, and in many cases, eggs. Our products are not low carb or reduced calorie. Since we use cane sugar and gluten-free flour made from gluten-free grains, the carb and sugar counts in Kind Crumbs products should be similar to those amounts in traditional baked goods. However, most of our ingredients are non-gmo or organic, and our products are free of trans fats and preservatives other than xanthan gum and citric acid!
